Area of application, customer information

When placing an order in our online shop, you accept our sales conditions herafter as described. For any doubt or query not found in this section, please address by our email info@wsiller.de. or our contact form.

Products on our site are transdermal therapy cosmetics and are limited to topical use or through derma rollers, sonophoresis, electroporation, cryoelectrophoresis and vacuum therapy and are indicated for professionals from aesthetic centre and aesthetic medicine. Customer agree not to misuse any of our products and should follow directions on the packaging.

Completion of the contract

1.) The offers on the Internet show a non-binding request to buy goods. The offer is directed to you.

2.) After input of your data and with clicking the order badge you deliver an obliging offer on end of a bill of sale. They can deliver an obliging order also by telephone.

3.) With access confirmation by e-mail the acceptance of the offer is also explained at the same time and the bill of sale is concluded. With a telephone order the bill of sale comes about with the fact that we accept your offer. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are also not bound any more to it.

4.) We will immediately inform of possible delays of delivery by ours (n) manufacturer and/or supplier you.

We offer delivery to most of countries. If you do not find yours, please contact us.

PRICES

Minimun order is 90€. All prices are in Euro under Exworks incoterms conditions and not include German VAT at 19%. For VAT registered companies within the European Union, we will not add the VAT. Customers outside the EU can shop without the German VAT. Freight are not included in the prices quoted as well as exports fees ( for countries outside EU). They will be summed up to the price of the purchased products after the amount of total order.

Customs: Before placing the order, please make sure you will not have any problem at the destination customs, we take no responsability for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchasers' country of origin.

DELIVERY

We use FEDEX for your deliveries. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to despatch within 2-10 working days after order and payment reception

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

All orders are payable in Euros in advanced.
We accept payments by bank transfer and Paypal.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with article of the New Consumer Code valid from 13th June 2014 in all countries of the EU, the purchase shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of reception to return at its expense, products ordered, for reimboursement. The products must be returned to our address in perfect conditions for resale in their original packaging, accessories and instructions. If the procedures above-mentioned are fulfilled, the refund will be made in 15 days by the same way used for payment.

If correct shipping information is not provided by the purchaser, the freight charges of new delivery will be paid by it.

 

Guarantee

The guarantee is directed according to the legal regulations. Valid is the German right.

Customer information: Storage of your order data

Your order with details to the closed contract (e.g., kind of the product, price...) is stored by us. Our Terms and Conditions which you find here in our shop have validity. 
We will not disclose customers information to third parties.
In accordance with the laws of data protection, buyer has a right to access, rectify and remove data in addressing by email to info@wsiller.de

If you are registered as a customer, you can go back to past orders (log-in area).

Customer information: Correction tip

You can correct your inputs before delivery of the order any time with the erase key. You can break off the order process any time by closing the browser window and finish.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The sales of this site are subject to German law. Any risen dispute concerning the interpretation or performance shall, in default of agreement, the exclusive juridiction of Heilbronn courts.
